Our diagnostics are completely free for common devices. Those devices that aren't common will be charged a nominal diagnostic fee. If it's a common device you will not be charged for us looking at your device. It's simple. Bring the device, we'll call you and tell you the cost to fix it or replace it, or if there are any other options. No cost at anytime.
We always have someone at the shop. We are open 9am to 7pm Monday thru Saturday. Just come in with a question or device and talk with a technician. We do require appointments for on-site service or business services.
Risk Free is a gaurantee that if we don't resolve the issue, you pay nothing and still get options.
